Kristine Kwong advises public and private organizations, including K–12 school districts and other educational institutions, on employment law, workplace disputes, and preventative legal strategies. Her extensive experience with discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment matters provides a legal perspective on conducting investigations that reduce risk and support sound personnel decisions.
