Grow Your Leadership. Grow What’s Possible.

February 25-26 | Irvine

WIL 2027 at Marriott Irvine Spectrum is now open for registration.

Leadership Grows at Every Stage

There is no single path to leadership, and growth doesn’t stop when you earn the title.

CASBO’s Women in Leadership (WIL) Conference brings together professionals who want to strengthen their own leadership or help strengthen leadership in others.

Over two days, you’ll focus on the human side of leading well: communicating with confidence, building trust, expanding your influence, navigating complex relationships and helping others succeed. And with just 200 participants, WIL creates space for meaningful dialogue, new perspectives and connections that extend well beyond the conference.

Registration

Registration is open through January 26, 2027 to CASBO Organizational Subscription members, or until tickets sell out. Only 200 spots available.

$995 per member

HOTEL: You must complete your paid registration to receive confirmation and discounted hotel block information for the Marriott Irvine Spectrum (rate – $289 per night).
