The colleague who gets it might work in another district.

Some days, you wish you could turn to someone who does your job and ask, “How are you handling this?”

CASBO Roundtables bring those colleagues closer. These hour-long virtual conversations connect you with school business professionals across California to compare approaches, work through challenges and share what’s working.

There’s a place for you at the table.

Bring a question, offer an experience or listen to how others approach the work. Whether you’re new to your role or bring years of experience, you can find a fresh perspective—and yours could be exactly what someone else needs.

Free for CASBO members. $10 for non-members. Advance registration required.

Help Lead the Conversation

Have a question you’d like to explore with peers or an experience worth sharing? Facilitate a CASBO Roundtable and help colleagues connect.

You can lead just one session, with an estimated 90-minute total commitment: a one-hour roundtable plus about 30 minutes of coordination with CASBO staff.

Start with a story, a common challenge or a few questions. No formal presentation or lesson plan required. Your role is to welcome different perspectives and help the conversation flow.

It’s a simple way to try volunteering, practice leading a discussion and contribute to your professional community.
