Registration Closes:

Get ahead of year-end vendor reporting with the knowledge and tools to meet federal and state requirements.

Vendor reporting begins long before year-end filing deadlines arrive. Every W-9 collected, vendor record established, payment processed, and withholding decision made throughout the year directly impacts your ability to accurately report payments and meet federal and state requirements. As electronic filing mandates and reporting regulations continue to evolve, even small mistakes can create significant challenges during reporting season.

This practical workshop provides a step-by-step guide to managing the vendor reporting lifecycle from setup through final filing. Participants will learn how to properly collect vendor documentation, identify reportable payments, navigate federal and California reporting requirements, comply with electronic filing mandates, and address special situations involving foreign vendors, backup withholding, and IRS notices. Walk away with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently manage year-end vendor reporting and maintain compliance throughout the process.
