CBO Roundtable 9/18/26

Date: Register »

Leading a local education agency comes with constant decision-making, evolving challenges, and the need to balance both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. Sometimes, the most valuable resource is simply the opportunity to connect with peers who understand the role.

The CBO Roundtable provides a space for Chief Business Officials and senior education leaders from across California to engage in open, peer-driven conversations about the issues shaping school business today. From budget planning and staffing challenges to facilities, legislation, operational strategy, and leadership development, discussions are guided by the real-time needs and experiences of participants.

This informal monthly forum is designed to foster collaboration, idea-sharing, and professional connection in a supportive environment where leaders can ask questions openly, gain fresh perspectives, and learn from one another’s experiences. Whether discussing technical details or taking a broader strategic view, participants leave with practical insights and a stronger network of trusted colleagues.

Grab your morning coffee, connect with your peers, and start your day informed, supported, and ready for what’s ahead.
