Small Districts Professional Roundtable 6/2/26

Date:

Professionals working in small school districts often face unique challenges that require creativity, flexibility, and the ability to wear many hats. From limited staffing and resources to balancing multiple operational responsibilities, small district leaders and staff benefit from connecting with peers who understand the realities of working in similarly sized organizations.

The Small Districts Roundtable provides a welcoming space for school business professionals from small districts across California to connect, collaborate, and share practical strategies through open, peer-driven conversation. This monthly forum offers an opportunity to discuss common challenges, exchange best practices, explore innovative solutions, and learn from colleagues navigating many of the same day-to-day responsibilities.

Whether discussing budgeting, staffing, compliance, operations, or leadership, participants gain valuable insight and support from a community that understands the distinct needs and perspectives of small districts.

Set your calendar each month to connect with your peers, strengthen your professional network, and start your day with meaningful conversation and practical takeaways.
