Human Resources professionals play a critical role in supporting school communities, navigating complex regulations, strengthening workplace culture, and helping districts respond to evolving workforce challenges. The HR Professional Roundtable provides a welcoming space for HR leaders and professionals from across California to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another through open, peer-driven conversation.

This monthly forum offers an opportunity to discuss current issues, emerging trends, and real-world challenges facing Human Resources in education today. From staffing and recruitment to employee relations, compliance, retention, and organizational culture, participants can share ideas, ask questions, and gain valuable insight from colleagues who understand the unique complexities of school HR.

Designed to foster professional connection and practical learning, the roundtable creates an environment where participants can exchange experiences, explore solutions, and build a trusted network of peers. Guest speakers with relevant expertise may occasionally join discussions to provide additional perspective on timely HR topics.

Set your calendar each month to connect with your peers and start your day with meaningful conversation, fresh perspectives, and valuable professional insight.
