The CASBO Mentor Program creates a confidential, supportive space for those conversations. Mentees gain perspective from experienced leaders, while mentors have an opportunity to share what they’ve learned and help strengthen the next generation of the profession.

What to Expect

CASBO provides a framework and resources to help each pair establish goals, build trust and make the most of their time together.

Participants can expect:

  • Monthly one-on-one meetings between mentors and mentees.
  • Professional resources to help guide conversations and goals.
  • Program webinars for kickoff and continued support.
  • Check-ins and surveys to track progress and help CASBO strengthen the program.
  • Support from CASBO staff throughout the experience.
  • Estimated 6 hours total commitment

The program provides structure without prescribing every conversation. Each pair can focus their time on the professional challenges, leadership questions and career goals that matter most to them.

Who Can Apply to This Cohort?

Mentees

To participate as a mentee, you must:

  • Be an active CASBO Organizational Subscription member.
  • Have completed CASBO’s 2025-26 Business Executive Leadership (BEL) Program.

Mentors

To participate as a mentor, you must:
