EPA Awarding $17 Million to Fund Electric School Buses
The EPA is awarding $17 million to fund electric zero-emission and low-emission school buses, with part of the funding coming through the American Rescue Plan and part through the Diesel Emissions Reduction Act School Bus Rebate Program. The funding complements $5 billion from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law for clean school buses, which will soon become available.
