Exhibitor badge and housing registration will open no later than mid-November.  The expo team will email contracted exhibitors in advance of the opening date.  Note that exhibitor registration will be a separate process from attendee registration.
Please note that exhibitor badge pricing has changed for the 2023 Expo.  As stated in the 2023 exhibitor agreement, the badges are as follows:
  • Partners receive five (5) conference attendee badges per 10’ x 10’ booth purchased*
  • Members receive three (3) conference attendee badges per 10’ x 10’ booth purchased*
  • Non-Members receive one (1) conference attendee badge per 10’ x 10’ booth purchased*

*There is a maximum of ten (10) conference badges allowed per 10’ x 10’ booth purchased. Conference attendee badges entitle exhibitors to attend all non-ticketed conference activities included in the conference registration fees and must be worn at all times.

5:00 p.m.                            Exhibitor Announcements (exhibitors must be in the exhibit hall)

5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.       Grand Opening Reception (inside the exhibit hall)


9:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.            Exhibit Hall Open

9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.            Dedicated Expo Hour (no workshops in session)

12:15 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.            Exhibit Hall Closed for Lunch (exhibitors welcomed to stay on the floor)

3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.              Dedicated Expo Hour (no workshops in session)

4:00 p.m.                                    Exhibit Tear Down (inspected; strictly enforced for deposit refund)
