Training Requirements: 220 hours of continuing education units (CEUs) earned at an accredited university or community college or through an approved professional development provider*
You may satisfy the training requirements by completing a combination of the following:
Collective Bargaining Basics (3.5 CEUs)
- Satisfies the Core requirement for Collective Bargaining
Evaluation and Performance Management (6.5 CEUs)
- Satisfies the Core requirement for Employee Performance Management
Leaves of Absence (3.5 CEUs)
- Satisfies the Core requirement for Leaves of Absence
Advanced Management and Supervision (6.5 CEUs)
- Satisfies the Core requirement for Management and Supervision
Payroll Concepts (6.5 CEUs)
- Satisfies the Core requirement for Payroll and the Business and Technology Sides of Human Resources
TOTAL: 100 CEUs
Remaining training requirements may be completed through an approved professional development provider offering courses in these areas:
