The words "due process" trigger anxiety and sometimes anger for school officials. Most would agree that in the long run, no one wins when a due process hearing is involved. This course will present strategies needed to avoid due process hearings and the skills necessary to create a positive culture for all stakeholders involved in serving students with special needs.
