Workshop Registration and Policies
Please refer to our 2017-18 Professional Development Course Catalog for a complete description of CASBO's workshop registration and policies, including continuing education units, certification requirements, and membership and early-bird savings.

The deadline to register for this webinar is ten (10) business days before the date of the event. Due to the availability of materials, we are unable to accept walk-in registrations.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be in writing. Registrants may fax their cancellation requests to (916) 447-3794, or email them to PD@casbo.org. CASBO charges fees for ALL workshop cancellations. (For specific charges, please refer to the workshop pricing guide above.) There are no refunds for no-shows on the day of the workshop or for requests received less than ten (10) business days prior to the day of the workshop.

CASBO reserves the right to cancel any workshop with fewer than twenty (20) participants in a single location. If CASBO cancels a workshop, registrants will receive a full refund.
