This workshop will provide you with an understanding of how to track, explain and monitor leaves of absence with a special focus on the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, pregnancy leave and its effect on other types of leave, sick leave, extended illness leave (five months/100 days), industrial injury leave, and reinstatement rights.
