In this workshop, you’ll have an opportunity to strategically examine your policies, practices, and procedures related to the inclusion of students who receive special education services. You’ll also have the opportunity to review your current practices for general education students to determine if all students are receiving the assistance they need before accessing special education services. You’ll leave knowing how to determine what needs to be changed within the system and with a model to begin the change process. 

Designed for: Cabinet-level teams, director-level teams, and any leaders preparing to promote into positions that have a direct effect on policies, practices, and procedures.
