Workshop Registration and Policies
For a complete description of CASBO's workshop registration and policies, including continuing education units, certification requirements, and membership and early-bird savings, please refer to our Professional Development Course Catalog 2016-17 (pp. 6-7), arriving in your mailbox July 2016.
The deadline to register for workshops is five (5) business days before the date of the event; any registrations after that must be completed onsite and will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Walk-in registrations must be accompanied by a purchase order or check (no cash or credit) for the walk-in registration fee. In the event there are not enough materials available for walk-in registrants, CASBO will mail materials after the workshop at no charge. (Walk-in registrants must contact PD@casbo.org to request these materials.)
Cancellation requests must be in writing. Registrants may fax their cancellation requests to (916) 447-3794, or email them to PD@casbo.org. CASBO charges fees for all workshop cancellations. (For specific charges, please refer to the workshop pricing guide above.) There are no refunds for no-shows on the day of the workshop or for requests received less than ten (10) business days prior to the day of the workshop.
CASBO reserves the right to cancel any workshop with fewer than twenty (20) participants in a single location. If CASBO cancels a workshop, registrants will receive a full refund.
