In these changing times and uncertainty of revenues, you need every tool available to help you analyze every part of your budget to stay fiscally solvent. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to capture relevant data, such as historical trends, to predict current year behavior. Using this behavior, you’ll be able to measure the performance of an interim budget and make appropriate changes to produce a meaningful year-end budget, leading to a solid base budget to build on for the following fiscal year. You’ll work with a sample data set to analyze and make predictions in order to build a revised (interim) budget and multi-year projections, supported by strong analytics, with presentation-ready graphics.
