Section Workshops

This workshop is a legal update from Lozano Smith attorney Dulcinea Grantham, who will discuss the potential effects of the Janus v. AFSCME lawsuit on school districts. The content is currently pending, as it is subject to the status of the upcoming U.S. Supreme Court ruling. Registration includes light refreshments. All Northern Section members and non-members are invited to attend. Register by July 17, 2018.

 

This workshop will cover the mechanics of developing, forecasting and trending losses to be used in determining insurance program retentions and deductibles. Part of the "Certified School Risk Manager" designation program. Registration includes breakfast and lunch. All CASBO members and non-members are eligible to attend. Register by July 4, 2018.
