CASBO State Workshops

What workshops have been canceled?
All state workshops have been canceled up to April 15, and all affected attendees have been notified.

Will I get a refund for a canceled workshop due to the coronavirus (COVID-19)?
We will refund all paid accounts, including any cancellation fees previously charged.

When will I get my refund?
Due to the high volume of workshop cancellation refunds, we are doing our best to process these within the next few weeks.

How will I receive my refund?
We will issue all refunds by check, regardless of the payment method used to pay for your registration.

Will the canceled workshop be rescheduled or offered online?
We will notify all previously registered attendees if we are able to reschedule a physical workshop during the current academic year. We are currently exploring our ability to migrate all of our physical workshops over to our online learning platform which will launch in April 2020.

Is the canceled workshop material available online?
CASBO members are provided with access to our Digital Library as a membership benefit. To download workshop materials, visit www.casbo.org, sign into your CASBO account, and navigate to Resources > Digital Library. (Not yet a CASBO member? Join us today!)

CASBO Certification

Can I get an extension for my expiring certification?
Currently, we are not offering certification extensions; however, we do provide you a standard, three-month grace period on certification expiration.

CASBO 2020 Annual Conference

What is happening with the continuing education units (CEUs) that I was going to earn by attending the CASBO 2020 Annual Conference?
We are launching an online learning platform in April 2020 and will be offering courses that can be taken at any time, from any location, and you will be able to earn CEUs in this manner.
