CASBO Announces New Partnership With National Joint Powers Alliance

Tuesday, January 24, 2017

CASBO is pleased to announce a new partnership with the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA), which will provide CASBO members with an immediate no-cost, no-obligation membership to NJPA. Membership includes access to over 200 nationally awarded procurement contracts that will save schools money and staff resources on the purchase of school supplies, equipment and facility construction projects.

NJPA is a government agency that establishes alliances between buyers and suppliers, providing programs and solutions for use by government, education and nonprofits as established through Minnesota Statute in 1978. NJPA serves members with competitively solicited and awarded purchasing contract solutions from industry-leading vendors to streamline and simplify the public procurement process.

CASBO is excited to partner with NJPA to provide our members with access to thousands of products and a range of equipment through contracts that feature nationally leveraged prices. With this partnership, districts of all sizes can benefit from the volume-based contracts NJPA has established nationwide.

National Joint Powers Alliance provides member-centered solutions that enable government, education and non-profit agencies to work more efficiently and leverages its resources to effectively re-invest in the communities it serves as an invaluable service cooperative partner.

CASBO partners are committed to providing solutions to the challenges facing our school business leaders and serving as “thought leaders” who share valuable information that promotes the professional development of our members.
